2-2 Sweet Protein Shake

1 scoop Protein Powder
1 packet Sweet & Low
4 Tbsp. Fat Free Yogurt
2 Tbsp. Sugar Free or Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix
1 cup Ice Water
6 Ice Cubes
Add 1 handful frozen blueberries, raspberries or blackberries
Blend first five ingredients on high for 30 seconds. Add ice cubes and frozen berries and blend until thoroughly mixed. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy
