Chocolate Cheesecakes for TwoPrint Recipe
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 square semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup thawed whipped topping
- 2 OREO Chocolate Sandwich cookies
Beat cream cheese, sugar and melted chocolate in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add whipped topping; mix well.
Place 1 cookie on bottom of each of 2 paper-lined medium muffin cups; fill evenly with cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight (or, if you are in a hurry, place in the freezer for 1 hour).
To Jazz it up: Dust surface with cocoa powder. Top with heart shaped stencil and dust with powdered sugar.
