Peanut Butter Banana Shake

1 Serving

1 Packet or Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Banana
1 TBSP of Peanut Butter
3 Ice cubes
16 ounces of non-fat milk
First put the ice cubes inside, then add the milk and protein powder, mix slightly, then add banana and peanut butter and blend until mixed.
