Rocky Road Cookie Bars

Ingredients:
1 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup cream or milk
3-4 cups powdered sugar
3 tsp vanilla
pinch salt

Directions:
Melt 1 cup butter; add 1/3 cup cocoa and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour, salt, 2 tsp vanilla and nuts. Spread into a 12×17-in baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately cover top with miniature marshmallows. Return to oven for about 5 minutes. Remove and let cool. Combine 1/4 cup butter, 1/3 cup coca, cream, powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, and salt. Mix well, spread over top.
Makes 20-24 servings.
